El Grupo de Investigación en Wireless Networking se dedica a la investigación de todos los aspectos de protocolos y comunicaciones relacionados a redes inalámbricas y móviles.
Se estudian protocolos para networking en redes heterogéneas, diseño de protocolos concientes del contexto (context-aware networking), protocolos para redes vehiculares, simulación y modelamiento de sistemas inteligentes de transporte, sistemas ciber físicos para transporte, evaluación y rediseño de protocolos para entornos restringidos e Internet de las Cosas, enrutamiento y tecnologías de comunicación para redes eléctricas inteligentes, redes tolerantes al retardo, challenging networking.
