Admission to the program leading to the degree of Civil Electrical Engineer is made directly to the Common Plan in Civil Engineering offered by our university. This is a period of studies that lasts 4 semesters and provides a solid foundation in physics and mathematics, necessary to develop in today’s technological world. The advantage of this modality, used in the most prestigious universities, is that it postpones the choice of the career to recent high school graduates, until a stage in which the students’ interests are more defined.
The main way of admission is through the University Selection Test (PSU) according to the following weightings:
REQUIREMENT | 2003-2011 | 2012-PRESENTE |
Math Test | 50% | 45% |
Language and Communication Test | 10% | 10% |
Science Test | 20% | 15% |
High School Grades | 20% | 10% |
